Hand touch or close-up control
The proxiSwitch controller is equipped with a capacitive sensor and algorithms thanks to which it detects the proximity of the hand to its surface.
Invisible button
Thanks to the high sensitivity of the proxiSwitch controller, you can hide it under a kitchen counter, on the side of a wardrobe, in a wall or even in the middle of another object!
Only you know where it is hidden and where you need to touch to control!
Automatic calibration
Thanks to special algorithms, the controller adjusts the sensitivity itself, depending on the environment in which you use it.
The maximum thickness through which the controller will recognize the touch or closeness of the hand is about 3 cm (for chipboard, furniture board, solid wood). Furniture with a “honeycomb cross section” (air spaces) should be avoided.
4 operating modes!
The proxiSwitch controller can operate in 4 modes:
- bistable: switches the state after each close-up / touch of the hand
- bistable with memory: switches the state after each approach / touch, additionally remembers its state after a power failure
- monostable NO: activates the output when it detects a hand approach or touch. The maximum pulse time is approximately 5 seconds
- monostable NC: turns off the output when it detects a hand approach or touch. The maximum pulse time is approximately 5 seconds
Compatibility with WiFi drivers
The proxiSwitch controller can also be used as a touch button for other BleBox controllers.
Connect the proxiSwitch output to the button input of DC controllers (12-24V) to control them by touching or bringing your hand closer (e.g. wLightBoxS, wLightBox, pixelBox, switchBoxDC)
Use 30 actions for individual configuration / programming, making it easy to control other wBox controllers. You can control devices completely wirelessly from one place.
